“I don’t do this very often, but I wanted to take a moment to praise Laura Hartigan,  Condo 1 Association Property Manager. 

Since last fall, Nancy & I have had a number of occasions (three to be exact) where we had to turn to Laura both for significant advice, direction, and actually solving some situations that were very concerning to us…all water related.  Needless to say, water leaks of any magnitude can be serious both at the initial time but also after the fact.  I want to say that Laura’s response time and follow up were, in our opinion, everything that we could hope for.  Her professionalism was tops, her concern for the correct solutions, supervision, and follow up were without flaws. 

Additionally, my observations of Laura’s interactions with other residents also indicate similar qualities that support our opinion of her performance…..always professional, caring,  and timely.  It’s our opinion, Laura was a great asset when she was added to the Condo 1 Association’s team.“
