As of today (Sept. 20, 2017), our office now has electricity, limited internet and email service. We currently have no phone service. Our office is now open 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
Our accounting staff is working to get caught up on our accounting operations including receivables, payables, and financial reports. We can now write checks for emergency services.

Naples was hit by Hurricane Irma on September 10th & 11th with Winds at 142 mph.
Our office has no power, phone and Internet service at this time.
Our community managers have inspected our communities. Preliminary reports indicate very little structural damage. Major damage to trees, fences & landscaping.
Some of our communities have power. Most do not have power at this time. FPL estimates that power will be restored to most customers by September 22nd.
