Southwest Property Management Corporation provides an inspection service to absentee owners.  Inspections consist of the following services:

• Flushing of all water closets

• Running water in all plumbing traps

• Checking air conditioning thermostat or humidistat for proper operation

• Checking for pests

• Checking all doors and windows for security

• Checking all plumbing, roof, and windows for leaks

• Monitoring of home landscape maintenance
