Make Payment
Southwest Property Management offers homeowners several ways to pay association fees.

Online Payment by E-Check or Credit Card
If you would like to make a one-time online payment from your checking account or with your credit card, you may do so by completing the online form here.  (This is a link to the service provider; all applicable fees are disclosed on their website.)
Please be advised that recently our credit card payment service, DuesPay, increased their fees.  Rather than a flat fee of $14.95 per transaction, the fee is now based on 2.95% of the amount to be paid. For most of you, this is a substantial increase.  You should be aware that while Southwest Property Management, Inc. was notified of the increase; we were not given the opportunity to negotiate the rate.  Therefore, this is a “pass through” cost and of course, an increase to many of you who make credit card payments.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
You may start automatic debits from your checking account by remitting this EFT form.  To start automatic debits, submit the completed form by fax to (239) 261-2013 or email to the accounting department or use the Contact_Us link to send a message to Accounting.   To stop deductions, please contact Linda Segal at Southwest Property Management at (239) 261-3440 ext. 131.

In Person or by Mail
If you need to make a payment (cash or checks), in person you can do so at the address below during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
