HOME INSPECTION SERVICE CONTRACT
SOUTHWEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORP.,
hereinafter called SOUTHWEST, and

hereinafter called OWNER, hereby agree to the following:
1. Southwest
will perform inspection service _______ times per month.
2. Southwest
inspection service is to include:
·
Flush
all water closets;
·
Run
water in all plumbing traps;
·
Check
all doors & windows for security;
·
Check
air conditioning thermostat or humidistat for proper operation;
·
Check
for pests;
·
Check
for plumbing, roof, and window leaks;
·
Monitor
of home landscaping and pool maintenance.
3. The
owner shall furnish Southwest with a key(s) to home to be inspected.
4. Southwest
is hereby authorized by Owner to remedy any emergency that may arise which
would cause damage to the Owner’s home.
Owner is to notified immediately in case of such emergency.
5. Cost
of service to be __________ per quarter or ____________ per month.
6. This
contract will expire __________ or within thirty (30) days written notice by
either party.
7. Owner
will not be charged when the home is occupied IF WE RECEIVE ADVANCE NOTICE OF SUCH OCCUPANCY.
The above prices, specifications,
and conditions are hereby accepted.
Southwest Property Management Corp. is authorized to do this work as
specified. Payments to be made as outlined.
