Stephen E. Williams, President of Southwest Property Management Corporation, is
a Florida Licensed Certified General Contractor. Steve graduated from the
University of Florida with a Bachelor of Building Construction in 1974. He
worked as an estimator and construction superintendent with Rellin Construction
Co. in Palatka, Florida, and Boran Craig Schreck Construction Co. in Naples,
Florida, before the start up of Southwest Property Management Corporation in
1978.
