OVER 25 YEARS OF QUALITY SERVICE Southwest Property Management Corporation was created in 1978 to fill the specific needs of homeowners who live within a Community Association. The laws governing Associations are rapidly changing; therefore, it is becoming a greater risk for Board and Association members to make decisions without the advice of professionals. Effective management is dependent upon close supervision over services offered to an Association, and we believe the best method of implementing that supervision is to make services available under one contract. Southwest Property Management Corp. has been managing Condominium and Homeowner Associations since 1978 and is an accredited management organization and an active member of the Community Association Institute. Managing an Association is complex. Associations must be run properly in order for the property to maintain value. Southwest Property Management Corp. is comprised of experienced business people who realize that it is necessary for every Community Association to operate efficiently on a solid financial basis.
